Van Cupples Joins SHPP as Director of Sales & Business Development

Senior Home Purchase Program® is excited to announce that Van Cupples has joined our team as the Director of Sales & Business Development.  You may already know Van through her noteworthy contributions in the senior living industry, most recently as the regional Director of Sales & Marketing at Pacifica Senior Living and, prior to that, as the Sales Counselor at The Remington Club.  We know she will make a great addition to our organization.  Below are a few comments from Van as to why she has decided to join SHPP.

“Over the past decade of working in senior living, I’ve assisted hundreds of Seniors and their families with the difficult decision to make the transition from home into a senior living community. Relocating into a senior community is often a stressful and overwhelming time for many Seniors and their families. There is always a lot of fear, frustration, and emotional issues associated with leaving and selling a long time home. These reasons becomes the barrier that prevents a lot of seniors from transitioning into senior living at the right time, often waiting until it becomes a critical situation. In seeking for a solution to help Seniors overcome this barrier, I was introduced to the Senior Home Purchase Program® team. I partnered with the SHPP team to assist in transitioning a few of my clients who were long overdue for a move into a community because they feared the process of having to sell their home. Senior Home Purchase Program® not only provided a solution that was simple, it also eliminated all the stress that is often associated with home selling.  I experienced first hand how quick, simple and stress-free the process was for my clients and their families. With SHPP’s help, we successfully relocated these seniors into communities where they are happy and ‘aging in the RIGHT place’.
